 ● Chicken Cafreal it's one of the most famous dish in India, it's widely consumed in the state of Goa and originated from Portuguese colonies of African Continent. 
● So basically it is spicy and has an unique taste not similar to any other chicken Products. 
● Chicken Cafreal can be consumed with almost any thing . Eg - Chapati , Bread, Roti, Naan, and according to me it is good with Rice.
● so further let's start with the ingredients required to prepare this awesome dish
           
                            ◆    Ingredients 

● Chicken Thighs
● Mint Leaves
● Coriander Leaves
● Green Chillies ( according to your preference)
● Onion
● Spices
                      METHOD OF                PREPARATION

 ● Make small cuts in the Chicken thighs and marinate the chicken with the Cafreal paste ( grind mint leaves , coriander leaves and 2 or 3 green chillies ).
● Then take a pan fry all the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
● Once the onions are translucent add the marinated chicken thighs in to the pan and fry the chicken till the chicken gets a good colour.
● Add some more Cafreal paste ( grind mint leafs, coriander leafs, and green chillies). And then add seasoning ( salt and pepper)
● Add a bowl full of water, and simmer the chicken for 25 - 30 min.
● Once you feel the chicken is tender enough you can switch off the flame and start to serve it.
● As it is an Indian dish you can serve with Roties or best with Rice. And if served on Banana leaf, it'll increase the beauty of the dish.
● So this is how you can prepare a Goan dish and could also enjoy with your friends and family.
● It'll make your day healthy and can also change your filthy mood to craving mood.

                           RASGULLA Welcome Back Homies! 1st of all I would love to wish all my viewers a Very HAPPY DIWALI , it's a day of lights and Colours, So For this special Day I have also executed a Special Bengali Sweet which is RASGULLA.
