CHOLE BHATURE

                  CHOLE BHATURE               ● So welcome back to my new recipe. So today we are going to learn how CHOLE BHATURE a famous Punjabi dish is prepared. So basically it's a Punjabi dish which is originated from Punjab Region in Indian Subcontinent, it is generally had as a breakfast or it can sometime consumed as a proper one time meal, Chole is made with a combination of chana masala (  Spicy chickpeas). And Bhature a fried bread made with maida flour ( Refined Flour / Soft Flour). It is also a street food, and actually people do enjoy this street food as it is completely Healthy and Nutritious . This can be enjoyed with family and friends and if you serve this in your house family party believe me you're going to be the star of the party. It is really easy and takes less time to prepare. So let's jump with the ingredients. ● For Bhature we need is -         Refined Flour / Soft Flour ( Maida)         Salt.         And very little about of sugar

Duck in Orange Sauce

        DUCK IN ORANGE SAUCE        ● Duck in orange sauce or  Duck à l'orange , or  canard à l'orange, in French. So basically it's a French dish , but the Italian claims that the dish was their origin and later on the recipe traveled to France. The way of creating a dish is always unique , so this was little knowledge I have about this Dish . ● It can be a bit lengthy process as we are using a little hard meat. Aloo Paratha

                     ALOO PARATHA ● Aloo Paratha an Indian dish which is consumed widely all over India and as well as in Pakistan. ● It is mostly consumed in breakfast with Indian pickles, Ghee, butter or some time with Dahi ( Curd). ● It is a kind of bread which is stuffed with Aloo / Potato. A paratha dough is mixture of wheat flour and Refined Flour ( Maida and Atta). • It is simple and delicious dish nothing to worry about making it. ● So let us start with ingredients.     ● Maida (Refined Flour).      ● Atta ( Wheat Flour).      ● Aloo ( Potato).      ● Ghee / Butter.   So keep in mind that from one medium sized Potato we can make at least 2 parathas.  The quantity of the Atta should more than that of Maida. So generally to serve 4 people 250 gm of Wheat flour or Atta and approx. 150 gm of Refined Flour or Maida. THE RECIPE FOR SAVARIN CUPCAKE

                 SAVARIN /RUM BABA ● Savarin one of the most well known cup cakes in the world. It was made by a politician in Dominica. ● This cake can be changed from Savarin to Rum Baba, in just 2 min if in the ingredient rum is added.  ● For Salvarin we need       •  Refined Flour.         •  Sugar         • Butter     Then we also need Egg For this Product. CHICKEN CAFREAL

                               CHICKEN CAFREAL  ● Chicken Cafreal it's one of the most famous dish in India, it's widely consumed in the state of Goa and originated from Portuguese colonies of African Continent.  ● So basically it is spicy and has an unique taste not similar to any other chicken Products.  ● Chicken Cafreal can be consumed with almost any thing .
