● So welcome back to my new recipe. So today we are going to learn how CHOLE BHATURE a famous Punjabi dish is prepared.
So basically it's a Punjabi dish which is originated from Punjab Region in Indian Subcontinent, it is generally had as a breakfast or it can sometime consumed as a proper one time meal, Chole is made with a combination of chana masala ( Spicy chickpeas). And Bhature a fried bread made with maida flour ( Refined Flour / Soft Flour). It is also a street food, and actually people do enjoy this street food as it is completely Healthy and Nutritious . This can be enjoyed with family and friends and if you serve this in your house family party believe me you're going to be the star of the party. It is really easy and takes less time to prepare.

So let's jump with the ingredients.
● For Bhature we need is -

        Refined Flour / Soft Flour ( Maida)
        Salt.
        And very little about of sugar (optional).
● After collecting the ingredients kneed a soft dough , and keep the dough at a moist place for around 10 - 15 min.

● So now let's start with  Chole.
   
        Chickpeas ( vatana).
        Onion
        Ginger Garlic Paste ( optional )
        Salt to taste
        Garam Masala ( Indian mixed Hot spice).
        Bay leaf ( Tej patta )
        Black pepper corns ( kali mirch k dane )
        Red Chilli Powder.
        Turmeric Powder ( Haldi Powder )
        Tomato paste / Purée.
● So these are some of the Ingredients required to prepare Chole and Bhature.

So now we are going to start preparing the Chole. 1. Boil the Chickpeas in pressure cooker until 3 whistle . Then take a Pot ( Handi ) and heat a good amount of oil, once the oil gets heated add the ginger garlic paste ( optional ) and stir it , then add Bay Leaf ( Tej patta) and Black pepper corns ( kaali mirch k dane), and then add the onions , fry it till the onion gets translucent. Once the onion is fried properly we are going add the tomato paste or Tomato Purée  and also add little water to it ,and let it simmer for 5 min. So then we are going to blend our Masala in to a mixer. Blend the Masala and when done put the Masala back to the same pot and simmer it, then if the chickpeas are ready take it out of the pressure cooker and straight add it to the same pot with masala and then cover it with the Lead the final product will look like this -

So We are done with the preparation of Chole.
 ● So now let us prepare Bhature. The Dough we have kept under moisture take it out and make a small balls out of it and start rolling it. While you are rolling the dough heat oil into another pot we have to deep fry our Bhatura so take a pot add around a liter of oil and start heating it.
So when the oil is heated just start putting the Rolled dough into the pot and stir the bhatura continuously so that it can rise.
So Finally our Bhatura is also ready and will look like this after frying -


So Finally Our Dish CHOLE BHATURE is ready to get served to you and your loved once.

Stir Fried Thai Noodles

STIR FRIED THAI NOODLES/ CHINESE NOODLES  ◆ HI Guys! Welcome back to my new blog, today we are going to learn stir fried Thai noodles or in common we call it as Chinese noodles. Fried noodles is famous and travelled to India from South East and East Asia. It is not only delicious but also a perfect meal if prepared at home. It is delicious easy to prepare , it takes hardly 15 min to cook. ● Thai cooking is incomplete without sesame oil , Fish oil, Soy sauce, vinegar, Chilli sauce , etc. But in Thai Cooking one thing like the most is Thai curry paste, I just love this paste as it gives spicy taste and a natural red colour to the dish and also green Thai curry paste is available. So I'll talk about this later, now I'll start with the ingredients. ● For Fried Noodles we need      A pack of Noodles.      Chopped ginger garlic.      Spring Onion is must ( use the stems it has more flavour ).      Soy Sauce.      Vinegar.      Chicken or you can use Tofu or Paneer.
