How Home made Pasta is prepared

   HOME MADE GNOCCHI PASTA

 ● Hey Guys! Welcome back to another awesome recipe, today's recipe is one of my favourite dish so we are going to learn how GHONCCHI PASTA is made. Gnocchi pasta is handmade and homemade pasta which is originated in Italy, Italian cuisine is my personal favourite as they have lots and lots of varieties of food and basically they are really famous for their Pastas and also world famous Pizzas. Basically Gnocchi is small ball shaped doughs which is boiled in water and later prepared with same steps as normal pastas are prepare. According to my knowledge their are total 104 or more different types of Pasta all off them are found in Italy, so let's start with the ingredients.

Ingredients -
   ● Refined Flour / Maida ( 160 grams ).
   ● Semolina / Sooji ( 40 grams ).
   ● Salt ( 1 Tsp).
   ● Egg ( 2 no. ).
   ● Roasted or Boiled Potatoes.
So these were the ingredients require to prepare Pasta Dough.

Note :- Measure all the ingredients properly , to prepare handmade pasta the it is necessary.  Egg can be replaced with little milk ( 50 - 75 ml ).

So now we are going to prepare the dough, take a bowl add Refined Flour , Semolina , salt and Eggs ( water is not required ) and Potato ( mashed ). Just mix the ingredients and kneed the dough, it should not be to hard or to soft a perfect dough should be prepared.
When the dough is formed just shape it as a ball , apply little oil in the top and straight keep into the Fridge for 1 hour. Once the waiting time ends, take small pieces from the dough.

Take the back of the fork and just apply some pressure using your thumb.

Now we have to just boil the pasta, it takes hardly 2 min to boil all the pasta. Once the the pasta is ready we are going to put the pasta into chilled water directly after the boiled water. So now let's prepare the sauce.
Take a pan add Ginger Garlic , dried red chilli , then add Chicken ( optional ) , sauté the ingredients , then add Tomato puree into it and add a dash of basil ( Tulsi ) to give a nice flavour and aroma. Reduce the sauce little, and then add the boiled pasta into the sauce stir for 10 sec and switch off the flame, and at last we are going to season with salt and crushed black pepper. So finally our dish is ready, and now we can serve it in the plate.

So this is how Gnocchi Pasta is ready , enjoy the dish with your Friends and family serving it to your child will give you a great smile as they would really love eating Italian dish . 3. Mr. Rakesh I am glad that you have asked a genuine question. Egg is completely optional , egg is used to bind the dough so instead of egg you can use 50 - 75 ml of milk to bind the dough as I have mentioned in the above . And please note that the measurement should be accurate or it can lead to a improper dough. Thank you :)
