                           RASGULLA Welcome Back Homies! 1st of all I would love to wish all my viewers a Very HAPPY DIWALI , it's a day of lights and Colours, So For this special Day I have also executed a Special Bengali Sweet which is RASGULLA. It is the national food Of west Bengal " the City Of Joy ". I am personally attached to this Sweet because I'm Bengali and Rasgulla is actually necessary in our home. So it is Sweet which is Made out of Milk Chhena ( Unripened Curd Cheese ), and then added to Sweet Sugar syrup (chashni), so it is widely consumed in India and Eating this sweet in DIWALI WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY would give a great impact on everybody . It is healthy as it is made of Milk but in limit because it has High Calorific Value. How Home made Pasta is prepared

    HOME MADE GNOCCHI PASTA  ● Hey Guys! Welcome back to another awesome recipe, today's recipe is one of my favourite dish so we are going to learn how GHONCCHI PASTA  is made. Gnocchi pasta is handmade and homemade pasta which is originated in Italy, Italian cuisine is my personal favourite as they have lots and lots of varieties of food and basically they are really famous for their Pastas and also world famous Pizzas. Basically Gnocchi is small ball shaped doughs which is boiled in water and later prepared with same steps as normal pastas are prepare. According to my knowledge their are total 104 or more different types of Pasta all off them are found in Italy, so let's start with the ingredients. Ingredients -     ● Refined Flour / Maida ( 160 grams ).    ● Semolina / Sooji ( 40 grams ).    ● Salt ( 1 Tsp).    ● Egg ( 2 no. ).    ● Roasted or Boiled Potatoes. STIR FRIED THAI NOODLES/ CHINESE NOODLES  ◆ HI Guys! Welcome back to my new blog, today we are going to learn stir fried Thai noodles or in common we call it as Chinese noodles. Fried noodles is famous and travelled to India from South East and East Asia. It is not only delicious but also a perfect meal if prepared at home. It is delicious easy to prepare , it takes hardly 15 min to cook. ● Thai cooking is incomplete without sesame oil , Fish oil, Soy sauce, vinegar, Chilli sauce , etc. But in Thai Cooking one thing like the most is Thai curry paste, I just love this paste as it gives spicy taste and a natural red colour to the dish and also green Thai curry paste is available. So I'll talk about this later, now I'll start with the ingredients. ● For Fried Noodles we need      A pack of Noodles.      Chopped ginger garlic.      Spring Onion is must ( use the stems it has more flavour ).      Soy Sauce.      Vinegar.      Chicken or you can use Tofu or Paneer.

So basically it's a Punjabi dish which is originated from Punjab Region in Indian Subcontinent, it is generally had as a breakfast or it can sometime consumed as a proper one time meal, Chole is made with a combination of chana masala (  Spicy chickpeas). And Bhature a fried bread made with maida flour ( Refined Flour / Soft Flour). It is also a street food, and actually people do enjoy this street food as it is completely Healthy and Nutritious .
